Ancolie - The epicurian cantine

Named after a wildflower, Ancolie offers fresh, delicious meals options with sustainable, well-sourced ingredients packaged in reusable glass jars. 

They use recyclable materials and take a stand against pesticides, GMOs and artificial ingredients as they believe in food that is good for you and the environment.

Their recipes are inspired by traditional french home cooking and international flavors.

Ancolie currently offers business lunches and event catering. They will be opening their first restaurant in New York City (Greenwich Village) this fall
